A key part of our strategy is to grow our tiles business internationally. We aim to do this by exporting and by growing our own operations around the world.

Norcros has a sales office in Dubai, administrative offices in China and a distribution warehouse in the USA.

In addition to its significant operations in South Africa, Norcros has interests in operations in Australia and Greece.

In Australia, Johnson Tiles designs, sources and distributes ceramic tiles and tiles adhesives; a wholly-owned subsidiary in Australia sells tiles under the 'Johnson' brand and has an investment in a leading Australian tile distributor.

In Greece, Philkeram Johnson (50 per cent owned) is the country's largest tile producer and distributor of ceramic tiles. Industrial Mining, a wholly owned subsidiary of Philkeram Johnson, manufactures and distributes tile adhesives.
