Safety, health and the environment are key areas of focus for Norcros.

The Group's corporate social responsibility policy includes ethical labour practices, training and education, workforce diversity and philanthropic projects and other social initiatives which extend to charitable donations, community projects, employer supported volunteering and local sponsorships.

Norcros innovation

In 1997 H&R Johnson, now Johnson Tiles, was awarded the Queen's Award for Environmental Achievement for our ceramic waste recycling scheme. To our knowledge, we are still the only manufacturer in the world to operate such a scheme.
