There are high standards of quality control across the Group. All Triton electric and power showers are required to achieve demanding BEAB (British Electrical Appliance Board) approval. The quality of our tiles is recognised internationally.
Our customer service standards are equally high. Whether looking after business customers, designers and architects, or consumers directly, we invest in the support they need.
Triton provides next day delivery to all trade stockists. Triton has teams of service engineers with spare parts managed with a satellite navigation tracking system. They achieve a 'first time fix rate' of 98 per cent.
Johnson Tiles' long-standing relationships with customers, distributors and major retailers are based on similar levels of responsiveness, and are supported by a dedicated technical helpline operated by Norcros Adhesives.
Triton's new Satellite range of mixer showers provide a powerful flow of water, elegant design, the latest in remote control technology, and are easier and quicker to install than most showers.
